  • How do I rent a suite at EMP Beauty Studios?

    Click the Join Our Studio link to apply. We offer a quick onboarding process and schedule tours by appointment only. Spaces are limited and fill quickly, so don’t wait if you feel like this is the right fit for you. If all spaces are filled, still reach out so that we can put you on the waitlist.

  • What services are offered at EMP Beauty Studios?

    EMP Beauty Studios is home to a variety of independent beauty professionals. Services may include facials, hair, lashes, brows, body waxing, PMU, injections, massage and more. Each artist runs their own business within the space. Check out our “The Pros” page to book directly with your preferred provider.

  • Do you offer parties/host events at the studios?

    Yes, we are happy to accommodate please email us empbeautystudios@gmail.com with your information.

  • Will you travel to my location for makeup services?

    Yes! We travel all over for weddings and special events. Visit our Bridal page for more info.

  • Can you stay for touch-ups throughout the day of my wedding?

    Yes we are happy to stay for touch ups throughout your wedding day for an hourly fee.

  • What does my suite rental include?

    Each suite includes customizable furnishings, utilities, WiFi, 24/7 access, and shared amenities like a break room and waiting area. You’re free to brand and design your space, your way.

  • Is there a contract or lease term?

    Yes — we offer flexible lease options, but most stylists prefer a 6 or 12 month term for stability. Month-to-month may be available depending on availability.

  • Do you offer any business support or mentorship?

    Yes! EMP is all about growth. Our founder and team provide support, encouragement, and occasional workshops or resources too help you scale and succeed.

  • Do I need to have a full clientele to rent a suite?

    Not necessarily — but having a solid foundation helps. EMP is in a high traffic location, which can attract walk ins and referrals. We’re also happy to share tips on how to build your business.

  • Can I share a suite with another artist?

    Yes, co-sharing is welcome! Both artists must be licensed and approved. It’s a great option for new professionals or friends looking to support each other.

  • Is there parking for clients and professionals?

    Yes, there is convenient on site parking available for both you and your clients.
